Soporta XML de TapeStation 4200 y CSV de Qubit 4.

TapeStation 4200

  1. Abrir TapeStation Software
  2. Seleccionar el run → Export → XML
  3. Subir el archivo .xml aquí

Importante: El Sample Name en el TapeStation debe coincidir exactamente con el código de barras de la muestra (ej: GEN-260430-0001).

Qubit 4

  1. En el Qubit: Data → Export → CSV a USB
  2. Pasar el CSV al ordenador
  3. Subir el archivo .csv aquí

Importante: El Sample Name en el Qubit debe coincidir con el código de barras. Firmware v2.19+ permite importar sample IDs desde CSV.
